Although we had some questions, he took his time and addressed them courteously and with detail leaving me and my wife feeling comfortable and well educated about the process and what we should expect during the 1 month after treatment. Ed’s professionalism, attention to detail and knowledge was notable and he ensured this was an amazing first experience. We’re glad we chose Kindred and look forward to future treatments especially with technicians like Ed representing the company so positively. Thank you.

The responded … More really quickly and said they would schedule for someone to come out down more traps. I text them on a Friday and they were here by Monday morning with more traps and sprayed my garage for no extra charge. Chris Bell, my technician, was amazing and very professional.
