Kindred came out earlier in the week to tell us of their services and we decided to give them a try. Trey Hicks was our service provider and was as knowledgeable as he was on time. He thoroughly went throughout … More the entire house and made sure to see if there was anything specific we’d seen and wanted to treat. He then went outside covering the entire perimeter as well as the garage informing us of what to expect next.
He was very professional and careful to ensure he protected our privacy by asking if any rooms were off limits.
We are excited to see how well the service will be in the coming months. We do not have any major bug concerns but enjoy the comfort in knowing we have a great company providing great service

Jeremy came to our house this evening to spray our yard for ants, and I am very pleased! This courteous young man actually read the sign on the doorbell that says “babies napping please don’t ring bell.” … More Most people just ignore the sign, but he read it and was respectful and understanding. I truly appreciate that. In addition, he was very nice and responsive through text leading up to the appointment, and then was very polite when he arrived, even though it was late in the evening and I’m sure he was ready to end the day. All in all, my wife and I are both very pleased and will recommend him to anyone.

I do not recommend this company unless you have a completely open schedule for last minute rescheduling, like unresponsiveness, and do not mind being over charged! Oh, an let's not forget, not getting … More what you signed up and paid for.
My experience with this company has not been good. With the exception of my Initial service, 4 of the 5 services were incomplete and rescheduled by this company by email on the day THEY set to come out. No phone call. When someone finally does come, half completed work, issues with equipment, or "trainee forgot." If not for the cameras that record all around home, I would not have known.
To make matters worst, I discovered I have been over charged every month. A warranty for a service I never received was added to my invoices and have been withdrawn through auto pay. When I contacted the company ( two emails and a phone call) to inquire about the charge, I was told I would have to pay an additional $199 for the service although I had already been charged and paid for a warranty without my consent or knowledge.
When I asked for a refund, I was told it would be issued within 3 to 5 business day. A week later, no refund received, yet, ANOTHER CHARGE for the same warranty was taken. I called back. Not only did the Customer Service Rep lie about how many months I had been over charged, she went on to say I could not receive a refund, but instead, get a credit because the company has no way of returning the money to my bank account; THE SAME ACCOUNT ON FILE THAT WAS BEING CHARGED!
I advised her I didn't want a credit because my contract was up and to cancel immediately. I was then told I would have to email the owner and speak to someone else to cancel. When I asked to speak to the two people she mentioned, conveniently, no one was in the office. She said someone would call me back. That was Thursday, June 23, 2022. It's now Sunday. No call. No email. No refund.
I have deleted the auto pay, will be filing a dispute with my bank, and contact the Better Business Bureau as well as the Attorney General.

I will update this if I hear back from … More them with a reasonable explanation, but if the advertised extra services were needed or not available, that drops my rating significantly. Thanks.
(original review, 2020) Justin was very professional and friendly, and he explained all that he would be doing and how we should ensure our pets' safety during and after the service. He was thorough and I felt like he really listened when I explained what our biggest problem area was, and he paid close attention to that area. So far I am very pleased with Kindred - very nice people and a decent savings over my previous provider, which certainly doesn't hurt in these crazy times! 🙂 Thank you!
