  This company has great reviews so I feel bad making this statement but it was my experience.
  I have a no solicitation sign by my doorbell because I work at home. Today while on a conference call someone … More knocked on my door. When I opened my door the young man started his pitch "in the neighbrohood working with one of your neighbors." I told him I was working and his reply was "so am I." I asked if he saw the sign and pointed to the "no solicitation" sign next to my doorbell, he continued with his sales pitch with an aggressive "your going to listen to me" attitude and the way he spoke to me showed zero respect for me at my own home. His attitude and soft skills along with lack of respect for my job while at my home and ignoring the sign next to my door isn't how I would want someone representing my company to treat a potential customer.
  When I said I was working and on a call, instead of his statement of "so am I" and continuing his sales pitch in a more aggressive tone, things could have been different with a quick apology and ask me if there was a time that could be more convenient that he could come back. Just this morning we were talking about finding a pest control company. With the heat, recent storms and rain, we have noticed an increase in the garage and around our home.
  Again, the reviews for this company appear to be really good. If I read them online they represent a company I would use because we do not have a pest control service since we moved here. I admire the guy for being out and working in this heat and even though I have the sign so I'm not bothered while working, with a little respect and different voice tone and body language I would have happily met with him or called and spoke with him later. Every employee represents the company they work for and he was my initial contact and face of the company and unfortunately I would not use them now.
  This companies reviews are great and I'm not writing this to harm their business. I would encourage people to try them based on the reviews but hopefully someone can work with this guy because he is out in this heat going door to door and I would like to see him successful. Hopefully soft skill and customer service training with some role playing would help him achieve more sales and not lose customers for the company.
