    They have been servicing my home for maybe 5-6 months now, and I am still having pests issues. I have a baby at home so I thought getting this service would be good! It has done literally nothing and $240 … More down the drain I am the exterminator at my house still. I told them I wanted to cancel and no one will contact me back. I want my refund as I am not gonna have them at my house every week spraying water that does nothing. When I said I wanted to cancel, their reply was they’ll use “the good stuff” where was that at this entire time?! I’ve left messages and plenty phone calls. I’m not trying to be a B but this is ridiculous.

    2. We had to quickly sell our house due to unforeseen circumstances. It happened suddenly. My husband called
    … More prior to them charging our card, they refused to waive the termination fee. They charged us anyways. We literally don’t live at the address any longer. When they refused to refund, my husband asked if we can have it as a credit on our account for future use (which was last resort because honestly their pest control did not work whatsoever) and they said yes but has to be done in a certain time frame. The time frame does not work for us as we are staying with family and do not have a house of our own again yet. They did not offer anything else. We paid $180 for NOTHING. In a situation we CANNOT control!!? That’s STEALING. They are actually robbing their customers. How can you charge a customer whom no longer has a home?! The manager did not take time to understand our situation and had no compassion. Customer service is everything…. Take this and learn from your mistakes Kindred!!!
    Also, before they say they have no record of me being a customer - this google account is with my maiden name. I am in fact a former customer with my married name, Humada.

    We received a 45 minute notification the technician would arrive no later than 2:30. At 4:30 I texted and asked where he was and they said I was next. When he showed I asked why he was two hours later … More than what he said, he was argumentative and said he did I’ve 30 jobs today, then I found out he was next door at 2:00. The scheduling and attitude was too much for me. There are many pest control services in my area. No reason to put up with poor service and a bad attitude. In my industry if your two hour late when you just called and said we are on our way, your fired. So yes you are fired and I will be using your competition.
